On the Discordian Calendar this is a Pungenday and is the 29th day of the season Bureaucracy. I am tempted to say the Discordian calendar is off this year and the season of Bureaucracy is now on its 174th day.
The first day would be March 15 on the Gregorian calendars, also know as “the first of fiften days to slow the spread”.
